crew were wonderful. Hard working, well mannered and endlessly patient when our well thought out plan failed and they needed to change large furniture around. They moved at a steady pace, and worked as a well greased unit. Always had a quick smile and a kind word. Honestly, they made a pleasant experience out of a lot of plain old hard work on the hottest day of the year....102° in Ft Worth is pretty uncomfortable, but they never even mentioned it. They were the best movers these two old folks have ever had. The office group was every bit as awesome! They must have taken great notes as each person was completely up to date within seconds of hearing our name. They were accommodating, and certainly easy to work with. This is the first place to call for an up coming move. I really think you will be pleased.
They moved everything into my storage unit with precision. I thought it’d never fit, but they organized it like a game of Tetris. They saved me from having to rent a second unit! I was beyond grateful. Truly a skilled and thoughtful team.
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
Labeling, wrapping, sorting—it all happened quickly but precisely. They brought their own system and made sure I understood it too. I never had to wonder where anything went. The clarity made unpacking easy. I felt organized for once. Their attention to the little things really stood out. It was smooth from start to finish.

I did a long distance from New York City to Fort Lauderdale. The movers in NY were fast and professional. The driver Luis was punctual and check in with me about all items. Once I received notice my items were in Florida, Hugo Reyes and Orlando moved my items into my new place seamlessly. They were fast, careful and very friendly. Relocating to a larger apartment in the same city was an exciting but overwhelming task. The moving crew showed up right on time and immediately started packing up the home. They took extra care with fragile items and were very respectful of both the old and new properties. They worked quickly but never rushed, and I appreciated the attention to detail. Everything arrived safely, and they even helped me organize some of the boxes inside the new apartment.
