I moved from and the crew was so great about it. No complaints, just good natured, helpful, pleasant and efficient help with packing & moving. Both the packing and moving took more time than they expected and quoted but the team checked with me each time. They also sent out additional people on day two when it became obvious they needed more help to get it done in one day. The additional crew that showed up was equally friendly, helpful and efficient. Management checked in on me repeatedly to make sure it was going well, and thanked me for my feedback with what I did suggest they do differently next time Would hire again!
We relocated to be closer to public transportation, and the movers made the transition easy. They efficiently packed our apartment and moved everything to our new home near the subway. Could not be happier with out move! The guys were awesome and so efficient. They were pretty much done loading the truck at only an hour in. We had a heavy upright that they took like a champ. Couldn't have asked for a better experience using these friendly movers. Hoping to not move again any time soon, but if I do I know who I'm calling.

The company went out of their way to free up a third truck and get it to the storage facility fast so we could turn the keys back in and close the account. The six young men assigned to move our home were very hard working and careful. They delivered everything with care and right on schedule so the final bill was exactly what I expected. They even cleaned up most of the furniture wraps and tape, which showed respect for our home. No scratches or any broken items too. I highly recommend X Van Lines LLC for your next move!
Let me tell you—this crew meant BUSINESS. They had a rhythm that never broke. Sofa, chairs, shelves—everything wrapped with care. They even helped adjust furniture placement. Very accommodating and respectful. The quality and pace were unreal. BRAVO!
I can add to this crowded 5 star review. Haven’t seen people who worked so hard with care for so long. We had 3 strapping men came to take a lot of furniture from a 2 story home and moved them to 3 other homes all over the Bay Area. They were thorough, mindful of the walls and floor, took beds and cabinets apart at one location and put together at the next. It was a joy to watch. All done with grunts and smiles. Minimal English needed.
