Read More Such an exceptional experience! I’m never looking forward to moving day but this team made it fun. They handled all my belongings with care and in particular my glass picture frames and ceramic vases. The crew was communicating effectively throughout the entire process and even managed to crack a couple of jokes to keep the whole thing in good humor. Everyone worked quickly to get everything packed and onto the truck in no time. I was worried about moving, but they made it painless for me. I would highly suggest using them during any move.

The team showed up with dollies and shock-absorbing straps. They had corner protectors that fit snugly on the edges. They took their time tipping the jukebox carefully, ensuring no stress was placed on the glass or the inner mechanisms. During the ride, I got a couple of text updates, letting me know they were being extra cautious over bumps. By the time we reached the new house, it was as if the jukebox had teleported—no scratches, no fuss.

They showed up right on schedule, used dollies to move heavier items like my couch and fridge, and carefully wrapped the corners of my glass-top dining table. The highlight was that they never once complained about the tricky elevator system. When we reached my new condo, unloading was a breeze thanks to their methodical labeling. Can’t imagine an easier transition, given the logistical headaches downtown.

But luckily, this company’s movers were patient, packed everything thoroughly, and even placed protective barriers in the trucks for added safety. They made the delivery the next day and even unloaded items at their designated rooms at the new place. The service was simply immaculate!
