The movers were friendly, efficient with time, safe job with packing items, and attentive to our requests.
The moving job took significantly longer than expected from start to finish. There seemed to be delays during both loading and unloading, and the crew did not always appear coordinated. This extended the moving day considerably. Better organization could have made the process much smoother.
James team neatly packed my clothes in wardrobe boxes to prevent wrinkling. They delivered my lights and artwork on time and assisted me with unpacking at my new place.
If you are looking for honest movers, go with this team. I had a small move from my studio to a one bedroom house. I only had about 12 pieces of furniture, but some of them were very bulky, like my sleeper sofa. They wrapped the sofa in plastic, so the fabric stayed clean during the transition. The total time was exactly 3 hours, which was perfect for my schedule. I would definitely call them again for my next move.
This company is a waste of time and money. I plan to provide input whenever I can. The testimonies indicate that the ultimate cost would fluctuate significantly from the movers' initial estimate. The moving business charged me an additional $500 even though I provided all the dimensions and measured everything with a tape measure because this company failed to provide a price.
The worst conversation I have ever had. promised me everything, but nothing came of it. They claimed to be more than a middleman while lying. When the expert movers arrived, they informed me that they had greatly overestimated the size of my possessions, which resulted in an increase in my fee. I was informed that if I canceled, my deposit would be forfeited.
This was a full-service move, including the complete unpacking and setup of the kitchen. They put away dishes, glasses, and small appliances into the new cabinets. They even organized the pantry basics. This service was expensive, but it saved me days of work. Everything was expertly organized and handled.
I’d suggest Weststar Relocation Inc without hesitation. They handled the transfer of my small business to a new location, and every step went smoothly. The movers stayed respectful, careful, and focused throughout the job. I appreciated that they worked efficiently and kept the process straightforward.

More attention to our instructions would have improved the experience.
The four guys who moved us were the nicest people. They kept a positive, upbeat energy going the whole day. They introduced themselves right away and confirmed the inventory list before starting. It felt like moving with a highly efficient group of friends. Highly recommend this specific moving crew!

Richard, Sorry to hear the estimate changed at pickup and the service wasn't up to your standards. After careful review we have noticed a few discrepancies with the review at hand. You were in fact charged an additional $480.00 not $1000.00. Now this was due to the sectional being a 6 piece not a 5 piece as listed. Also, the fireplace was a 2 piece not a single item. Unfortunately, the original rep could have in fact made two errors with the inventory but this is also why we go over the inventory multiple times prior to pick up. We noticed that the original list included a sectional with 5 pieces and the driver arrived it was a 6 piece. We have tried to contact via phone to offer a potential resolution without luck.
