The steep staircase made me nervous about moving my dresser. The movers worked slowly and kept it steady. When it reached the truck without a mark, I finally felt relaxed and confident that everything would be fine.
Bad company to run. I don't want to sound dramatic, but this company is the worst place I've ever worked. Everyone I've ever talked to who has worked for another company or who has heard tales about this one has made fun of it and expressed bewilderment at the things they've heard and the way it's run. Even though it has supposedly been running for over 3 years, it is administered by people who don't seem to care that much about its obvious flaws.
This move involved lots of fragile antiques from my grandmother. The movers wrapped each piece, loaded them upright, and double-checked everything before shutting the truck. Every item made it to the new house looking perfect. Arrived on time with great attitudes.
The moving job took significantly longer than expected from start to finish. There seemed to be delays during both loading and unloading, and the crew did not always appear coordinated. This extended the moving day considerably. Better organization could have made the process much smoother.
The movers managed to carry a heavy wardrobe down narrow stairs without damaging anything. They worked carefully and even asked where I wanted everything placed at the new place. Their patience and professionalism made the experience stress-free.
I moved to a small apartment with a sofa, bed, and 12 boxes. It took just 2.5 hours. The movers were polite and careful. I highly recommend them if you want quick, stress-free service.
The final unloading did not go as planned because several belongings were placed carelessly around the new home. Some furniture was left in inconvenient areas, and multiple boxes needed to be rearranged. We had to spend additional time fixing the placement ourselves. More attention to our instructions would have improved the experience.
If you are looking for honest movers, go with this team. I had a small move from my studio to a one bedroom house. I only had about 12 pieces of furniture, but some of them were very bulky, like my sleeper sofa. They wrapped the sofa in plastic, so the fabric stayed clean during the transition. The total time was exactly 3 hours, which was perfect for my schedule. I would definitely call them again for my next move.
This was a full-service move, including the complete unpacking and setup of the kitchen. They put away dishes, glasses, and small appliances into the new cabinets. They even organized the pantry basics. This service was expensive, but it saved me days of work. Everything was expertly organized and handled.
