Terrible communication on important matters
Please be advised that this company is one of the worst moving companies I have ever encountered. Contract personnel and movers are contradicting in the process. They nickel and dime every item that is not on your initial contract. Mover leads are rude, unprofessional and aggressive. My delivery truck driver had some of my boxes crushed between other household items stacked to the roof of the moving truck. I made complaints to the contracting office about payment options and the truck driver aggressively approached me at arrival concerning the complaints. Delivery movers also wanted to leave all the plastic and cardboard left over from the move on my property for me to clean up and remove. I told them I cannot support that and the driver became confrontational, made rude comments like "I'm not your trash man" and "call who ever you want, call Barrack Obama, I don't care". This is the worst customer service I ever experienced. I will he reporting them to the better business bureau next! Good luck!
