Moving company in Winnetka, CA
Great moving company. These movers are very professional and efficient. They go the extra mile to help you with any needs such as assembly and disassembly of furniture. They often went the extra mile and placed all the heavy furniture in the right rooms. Thanks team for providing an awesome service.
The worst conversation I have ever had. promised me everything, but nothing came of it. They claimed to be more than a middleman while lying. When the expert movers arrived, they informed me that they had greatly overestimated the size of my possessions, which resulted in an increase in my fee. I was informed that if I canceled, my deposit would be forfeited.
The moving job took significantly longer than expected from start to finish. There seemed to be delays during both loading and unloading, and the crew did not always appear coordinated. This extended the moving day considerably. Better organization could have made the process much smoother.
This was a full-service move, including the complete unpacking and setup of the kitchen. They put away dishes, glasses, and small appliances into the new cabinets. They even organized the pantry basics. This service was expensive, but it saved me days of work. Everything was expertly organized and handled.
I’d suggest Weststar Relocation Inc without hesitation. They handled the transfer of my small business to a new location, and every step went smoothly. The movers stayed respectful, careful, and focused throughout the job. I appreciated that they worked efficiently and kept the process straightforward.
I was apprehensive about hiring movers because of my lack of expertise, but those guys were amazing. In the wee hours of the morning, they arrived, carefully packed my possessions, and transported them to my new place. My items arrived without damage or hidden costs, and all three employees were kind, reliable, and helpful. I highly recommend their service!
If you are looking for honest movers, go with this team. I had a small move from my studio to a one bedroom house. I only had about 12 pieces of furniture, but some of them were very bulky, like my sleeper sofa. They wrapped the sofa in plastic, so the fabric stayed clean during the transition. The total time was exactly 3 hours, which was perfect for my schedule. I would definitely call them again for my next move.
The final unloading did not go as planned because several belongings were placed carelessly around the new home. Some furniture was left in inconvenient areas, and multiple boxes needed to be rearranged. We had to spend additional time fixing the placement ourselves. More attention to our instructions would have improved the experience.
The four guys who moved us were the nicest people. They kept a positive, upbeat energy going the whole day. They introduced themselves right away and confirmed the inventory list before starting. It felt like moving with a highly efficient group of friends. Highly recommend this specific moving crew!
I was quite anxious before moving, but these movers made me feel at rest. They treated my guitar and priceless record collection as if they were their own, and they even assisted me in setting up my new entertainment center.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Weststar Relocation Inc holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
