Despite all the odds, this team was the best. They were nice to the other customers and had a good mood. Very economical service!
I was moving from a downtown apartment where parking was a nightmare. These experts coordinated with building management to reserve a space for the truck. They showed up right on schedule, used dollies to move heavier items like my couch and fridge, and carefully wrapped the corners of my glass-top dining table. The highlight was that they never once complained about the tricky elevator system. When we reached my new condo, unloading was a breeze thanks to their methodical labeling. Can’t imagine an easier transition, given the logistical headaches downtown.
The final unloading did not go as planned because several belongings were placed carelessly around the new home. Some furniture was left in inconvenient areas, and multiple boxes needed to be rearranged. We had to spend additional time fixing the placement ourselves. More attention to our instructions would have improved the experience.

If you are looking for honest movers, go with this team. I had a small move from my studio to a one bedroom house. I only had about 12 pieces of furniture, but some of them were very bulky, like my sleeper sofa. They wrapped the sofa in plastic, so the fabric stayed clean during the transition. The total time was exactly 3 hours, which was perfect for my schedule. I would definitely call them again for my next move.
This was a full-service move, including the complete unpacking and setup of the kitchen. They put away dishes, glasses, and small appliances into the new cabinets. They even organized the pantry basics. This service was expensive, but it saved me days of work. Everything was expertly organized and handled.
I’d suggest Weststar Relocation Inc without hesitation. They handled the transfer of my small business to a new location, and every step went smoothly. The movers stayed respectful, careful, and focused throughout the job. I appreciated that they worked efficiently and kept the process straightforward.
To keep you locked into the payment plan, they purposefully under-quote you, delay your pickup, and then charge you thousands more. This data was provided to me by the outside company they hired to pick up my belongings. In fact, he claimed that they were underquoting him on purpose. The actual amount I had to pay was four or five times the first estimate. They also did not take any of my belongings or furniture from me and left everything exactly how it was. Not recommended
Bad company to run. I don't want to sound dramatic, but this company is the worst place I've ever worked. Everyone I've ever talked to who has worked for another company or who has heard tales about this one has made fun of it and expressed bewilderment at the things they've heard and the way it's run. Even though it has supposedly been running for over 3 years, it is administered by people who don't seem to care that much about its obvious flaws.
The moving job took significantly longer than expected from start to finish. There seemed to be delays during both loading and unloading, and the crew did not always appear coordinated. This extended the moving day considerably. Better organization could have made the process much smoother.

Based on your statement that no belongings or furniture were ever picked up and everything was left exactly how it was, it appears that services were never performed by our company. Without a signed agreement, bill of lading, or scheduled move under your name, we are unable to verify the situation you are describing. Additionally, pricing for moving services is always outlined in the written estimate and contract prior to any scheduled pickup. Our company does not “lock” anyone into a payment plan, nor do we intentionally underquote customers. Any price adjustments in the moving industry are based strictly on inventory, services requested, or changes made by the customer.
