Trust me this company is terrible !!

The worst conversation I have ever had. promised me everything, but nothing came of it. They claimed to be more than a middleman while lying. When the expert movers arrived, they informed me that they had greatly overestimated the size of my possessions, which resulted in an increase in my fee. I was informed that if I canceled, my deposit would be forfeited.

When I requested the crew to tack on a couple extra boxes to the move at the last minute, they were more than happy to oblige. Throughout the process, they put me at ease and were flexible when I needed them to be.

Moving Made Easy

If you are looking for honest movers, go with this team. I had a small move from my studio to a one bedroom house. I only had about 12 pieces of furniture, but some of them were very bulky, like my sleeper sofa. They wrapped the sofa in plastic, so the fabric stayed clean during the transition. The total time was exactly 3 hours, which was perfect for my schedule. I would definitely call them again for my next move.

Cool Guyz.

I’d suggest Weststar Relocation Inc without hesitation. They handled the transfer of my small business to a new location, and every step went smoothly. The movers stayed respectful, careful, and focused throughout the job. I appreciated that they worked efficiently and kept the process straightforward.

Thank you for making it so easy

This was a full-service move, including the complete unpacking and setup of the kitchen. They put away dishes, glasses, and small appliances into the new cabinets. They even organized the pantry basics. This service was expensive, but it saved me days of work. Everything was expertly organized and handled.

Bloody basters.

The final unloading did not go as planned because several belongings were placed carelessly around the new home. Some furniture was left in inconvenient areas, and multiple boxes needed to be rearranged. We had to spend additional time fixing the placement ourselves. More attention to our instructions would have improved the experience.

Exceptional service

Our company was relocating to a new office, which meant we had to deal with thousands of documents, gadgets, and pieces of furniture. These folks showed up with all sorts of containers and a system in place. They put us up in the new office, tagged everything, and secured our tech equipment so that we could start working the next day. Best transition we have ever had

It was a very positive experience.

Covers for everything were there on time, even though the day of the relocation it was pouring wet. They coated the internal floor to prevent items from becoming soiled. Outstanding assistance!

Capable Movers!

The four guys who moved us were the nicest people. They kept a positive, upbeat energy going the whole day. They introduced themselves right away and confirmed the inventory list before starting. It felt like moving with a highly efficient group of friends. Highly recommend this specific moving crew!

Nightmare.

The moving job took significantly longer than expected from start to finish. There seemed to be delays during both loading and unloading, and the crew did not always appear coordinated. This extended the moving day considerably. Better organization could have made the process much smoother.

Thank you for the kind words! We're glad we could make your studio-to-home move smooth and efficient. Even with a smaller move, bulky items like sleeper sofas require the right care, so we're happy to hear the wrapping helped keep everything clean and protected. It’s great that our timing fit perfectly into your schedule — we always aim to be both careful and efficient. We truly appreciate your trust and would be happy to help again whenever your next move comes around!
