Moving company in Winnetka, CA
The final unloading did not go as planned because several belongings were placed carelessly around the new home. Some furniture was left in inconvenient areas, and multiple boxes needed to be rearranged. We had to spend additional time fixing the placement ourselves. More attention to our instructions would have improved the experience.
When my landlord decided to renovate, I had to shift out in three days. Richard arranged a quick slot for me. The crew showed up early, packed my stuff, and cleared the space by noon. It was such a rush, but they stayed the whole move.
If you are looking for honest movers, go with this team. I had a small move from my studio to a one bedroom house. I only had about 12 pieces of furniture, but some of them were very bulky, like my sleeper sofa. They wrapped the sofa in plastic, so the fabric stayed clean during the transition. The total time was exactly 3 hours, which was perfect for my schedule. I would definitely call them again for my next move.
The crew from Weststar Relocation Inc managed my three-bedroom move across town. They lifted the heavy appliances with ease, packed the fragile boxes safely, and even asked before placing furniture in each room. Their service was excellent.
Bad company to run. I don't want to sound dramatic, but this company is the worst place I've ever worked. Everyone I've ever talked to who has worked for another company or who has heard tales about this one has made fun of it and expressed bewilderment at the things they've heard and the way it's run. Even though it has supposedly been running for over 3 years, it is administered by people who don't seem to care that much about its obvious flaws.
The four guys who moved us were the nicest people. They kept a positive, upbeat energy going the whole day. They introduced themselves right away and confirmed the inventory list before starting. It felt like moving with a highly efficient group of friends. Highly recommend this specific moving crew!
The moving job took significantly longer than expected from start to finish. There seemed to be delays during both loading and unloading, and the crew did not always appear coordinated. This extended the moving day considerably. Better organization could have made the process much smoother.
I’d suggest Weststar Relocation Inc without hesitation. They handled the transfer of my small business to a new location, and every step went smoothly. The movers stayed respectful, careful, and focused throughout the job. I appreciated that they worked efficiently and kept the process straightforward.
My move included a lot of plants and artwork, which needed extra care. The movers wrapped each pot separately, used padding for the frames, and kept them upright throughout the trip. It took nearly seven hours.
I had to move out of a top-floor unit that had a very sharp turn right at the entrance, and I wasn’t sure how things would fit through. The movers from Weststar Relocation Inc studied the angle and worked everything around that curve without bumping into the walls. They checked with me about where each item should go in the new place.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Weststar Relocation Inc holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
