Read More FRAUD- FRAUD- FRAUD- FRAUD Contacted We Care for You today. Jessica was so unprofessional, she hung up the phone. Given, this is after taken our household goods, getting full payment, and still not delivering our items. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and Department of Transportation state, "There are many kinds of moving fraud – deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money, withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price, or knowingly assigning a false weight to a shipment, to name a few." This company will do just that. You'll want the website for FMCSA ready if you dare to select this company for your move. Check the BBB too. They've had 57 complaints in the last 3 years and 20 complaints in the last 12 months. Do you really want to be another one?

Read More DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ILLEGAL BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS USED. Do not allow someone to contact out to this company. They will mark prices up, even with an itemized list of goods. They'll add thousands to the total bill. They'll do anything to squeeze you for more money. They scheduled our move for July 28th, 2024 but didn't show up and didn't call to inform us. On July 29th, they arrived to move our household goods. We were told our goods would arrive within 3-5 days. Then we were told 7-10 days before delivery. Again, no communication and no estimated delivery dates are available. Without any communication, we were told to be home hours before our things arrived or they'd add $600 and more to our bill. (Confirmed delivery via text at 8:39pm on Aug 9th, 2024, for August 10th, 2024). You'll pay in FULL for the entire household goods shipment and still won't deliver your goods. They have no email, no way of contacting people, and complaints are going to come back undeliverable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BEWARE. STAY AWAY.

Please, do not give this company your business. They advertise, "Binding To Not Exceed price, protecting you from ANY surprises down the road" but this isn't what they practice. You'll get a low cost move until you pay the deposit, just to earn your business. (Paid July 22, 2024) Immediately after, you'll see those numbers begin to increase as they squeeze you for more money. You're trapped. Pay the increase or they'll cancel your move last minute. (Threaten to cancel on 26 July 2024 with a move date of 28 July 2024) They'll subcontract out the move to someone who subcontracts out their move until it's beyond messy. There's no continuity within the organization. Then your movers no called and no showed, (July 28th, 2024). On July 29th, 2024 someone came to move our items. Your household goods are used as a pawn to "pay or else" as prices are marked up. Pay the deposit and watch the total change by thousands. On the day of the move, over $700 is added for "fuel", when the move location(s) did not change. Movers will unnecessarily require you to crate items to mark up the cost even more. Cubic feet is more than doubled on paper to drive up the cost of the move. (July 28th, 2024) They state your items will arrive within 3-5 days. Later you hear 7-10 days before delivery. Again, no communication and no estimated delivery dates are available. It is likely items were placed in complimentary storage and we'll get a call when it's "our turn" to be delivered. Without warning or communication, your items will be removed from [30-day complimentary] storage after 11 days from the date of pick up and you'll be told to be home for delivery within hours or pay for "re-delivery" and storage. (Confirmed delivery via text at 8:39pm on Aug 9th, 2024, for August 10th, 2024). You'll meet all financial obligations and still not have your items delivered. Your grandmother's sewing machine, items, and other sentimental items will be held hostage, forcing you to seek legal action. You're out thousands of dollars, ($4,000 originally quoted, but $6222+ in mark-ups from sub-contracted sub-contractors), and they won't follow their own contract. They did not deliver on August 10th, 2024. We had to contact law enforcement to report the moving company. We have been threatened to be charged additional fees with law enforcement present. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU.

Read More I have genuinely never been treated so poorly by a company in my entire life. Not only do they lie to you about your quote and double their price once you’re in a bind with moving dates, their movers we a day late for delivery, I drove 9 hours straight to get here for them, they basically smirk at you and say oh well you signed it. All of their good reviews are fake. Stay away from them unless you want to be treated like garbage, lied to, stolen from, taken advantage of with unprofessional movers who leave half your things and every step of the way have them keep putting charges to hold your things. Could have gotten all new furniture for what they’re charging me. The man was bullying me so badly my father took the phone because he thought single girl alone could he treated this badly. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Destroyed big screen smart tv. Huge mess. And boxes half full to take up more space with things just thrown in. I haven’t unpacked even though they said they do im sure I’ll find more broken things. Seriously. Just buy new things. You’ll spend less than moving and have less of a continuous anxiety attack. Edit. They responded over two years after that review with an experience that cost me at least 15k to move a single girl moving to a 600 foot 1/1. No way to respond to them which is done intentionally as they have zero intention of making it right. They’re just running out of employee to fake reviews and it’s catching up to them.

Read More Here's how my mattress showed up. It was a shiny new $5,000 King Tempur-Pedic Medium Hybrid that I bought about a year before I moved. They had another company handle the move, and when things went south, they didn't take responsibility. I wrapped up the mattress before it was shipped out, but when it arrived, it was uncovered, dirty, and moldy, which wrecked my warranty. I basically lost all the money I spent on it. We had no choice but to leave it outside because it was drenched and weighed a ton from soaking up water. I've got a bunch of videos showing the whole mess in detail. The so-called insurance offered me a measly $62. Seriously, take a look at this mess and tell me what excuse they have for this. To top it off, the delivery was late by about two weeks.

The driver didn’t even like the company and warned us about how they do business (he said he was quitting soon) but it was too late at that point. They are mean and nasty people. Horrible, horrible service!! I plan on contacting the fmcsa/BBB as well as any other outlets I can to alert them of the shady and borderline unlawful business dealings and report them. If I could leave zero stars I would. I pray my items eventually arrive this week without damage (see other reviews). I plan to consult a lawyer this week. If you use them, please record all calls and hire a lawyer for help navigating your services and your protection as a consumer. I highly doubt they ever have repeat/return customers. Please do NOT use this company.

Read More This company adjusted the previously agreed upon price three times. All 3 times, the price was adjusted up. In essence, the price DOUBLED from the initial quote I received when i agreed to use their service. They hit me up for more money when they came to pick up the furniture. I reluctantly agreed. Then they hit me up for even more money at the dropoff. I was also told that if i didn't take delivery, i will incur additional costs. In essense, i was strong armed to pay more or pay even more later. This place is a total scam. Don't make the same mistake i did. They are a dishonest company with dishonest practices. Buyer Beware!!!
