Hassle-Free Move with Great Service

I recently booked Value Added Moving for my move from Tampa, FL to Nashville, TN, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The team was professional, arrived on time, and handled all my belongings with care. They worked efficiently and made sure everything was properly packed and loaded. Delivery was on schedule, and nothing was damaged, which was a huge relief. I also appreciated the clear communication and transparency in pricing—no hidden fees at the end. Overall, it was a stress-free moving experience, and I would definitely recommend Value Added Moving to anyone planning a long-distance move.

Highly Reliable and Efficient Moving Team

Value Added Moving exceeded my expectations with their outstanding service. From the initial quote to the final delivery, everything was handled professionally. The team was punctual, friendly, and extremely careful with my belongings. They took the time to properly pack fragile items and made sure nothing was damaged during transit. I also appreciated how organized and efficient they were; it really reduced the stress of moving. The pricing was fair with no hidden fees, which made the whole experience even better. I’m very satisfied with their service and would gladly use them again in the future. Highly recommended!

Exceptional service!

Exceptional service! So quick and easy to schedule and they came out right away. Also had the best price of all the companies I contacted. Movers moved quickly and didn't try to drag out the time.

UNHAPPY

We requested a quote for moving a FULL 10x15 storage unit in MA to Florida. They asked us to describe the contents best as we could recall. They gave us a great price. The movers showed up and said the price would be double! Apparently the salesman entered the cubic footage for a uit 1/2 the size of our 10x15. We argued, said as movers they could only go by what the paper said. We said we'd like to cancel as the price was more than we could afford but they claimed the deposit of $1900 would be kept as breach of contract! If we had calculated the cubic feet of a 10x15 unit we would have recognized the problem on the contract. Our mistake trusting the salesman, who was told it was a full 10x15 unit! And although the movers said it wasn't a full unit, the price was still going to be more than double. We definitely feel we were robbed.

Parking can slow everything down where I live

Parking can slow everything down where I live. Once they figured out the setup, the flow didn’t really stop. Items moved in a steady rhythm without blocking things up.

I live in a shared building

I live in a shared building, so noise matters. I expected a lot of banging and echoing through the hallway. Instead, the team worked steadily and kept the volume reasonable. No unnecessary shouting, no door slams. It made the whole process feel calmer than most moves I’ve seen. By the end of the afternoon, everything was in place and the building felt normal again.

Smooth and Well-Managed Long Distance Move

I recently booked Value Added Moving for my move from Jacksonville, FL to Austin, TX, and the overall experience was very positive. From the initial booking to the final delivery, everything felt organized and professionally handled. The customer support team explained the process clearly and stayed responsive whenever I had questions. On moving day, the crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. They carefully packed and loaded my belongings, making sure everything was secured properly. I was especially impressed with how smoothly the entire process went, without any confusion or delays. The delivery was completed within the expected timeframe, and all my items arrived safely without any damage. What stood out the most was the clear communication throughout the move and the fact that the pricing remained close to the original estimate. It made the whole experience much less stressful compared to previous moves I’ve had. Overall, I would recommend Value Added Moving to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free long-distance moving service.
