Moving company in Fort Lauderdale, FL
They were punctual, careful with everything, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Everything was handled with great care. Keep it up, Value Added Moving!
Daniel Davis. Moving estimate matched the final invoice. Exactly. Value Added Moving showed up on time, the moving crew worked efficiently, and everything arrived safely in Fort Lauderdale. No hidden fees. No last minute charges. Residential moving done the right way.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Value Added Moving promised my shipment would arrive from Chicago to Miami before my desired date for my wedding and repeatedly assured me there would be no issues. They never disclosed they were a broker and outsourced the move. After days of unanswered calls and misleading updates, I learned my shipment had never left Chicago. I was forced to pay an additional $3,000 to get my wedding décor delivered on time. Misleading sales tactics, poor communication, and terrible customer service. If Google allows a few more characters, I can make it even more detailed. I will be reporting their poor tactics to the BBB. Never again…
I worked with them. They were amazing filling the truck like Tetris and not complaining about the elevator not cooperating or the excessive July heat. The work was so fast and easy. I will definitely be using them again!
Christopher Williams was expecting a bait and switch. Did not happen. Value Added Moving charged exactly what the moving quote said. The truck was packed neatly and the crew was professional. Moving day went smoothly despite a busy pickup location. Final price matched. No surprise charges. Affordable movers worth booking.
I needed movers to help with some large items and they were able to come the same day. They were professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. I really appreciated the quick response and reliable service.
They did a great job moving a French door refrigerator into my house. This older house has smaller doorways but he was able to maneuver the fridge through them, and did so without complaining or asking for more money. He's a standup guy with old school work ethics and values. Definitely a service provider I will use again. Thanks.
He and his team really went above and beyond to make my daughters move easy and painless as possible. I can’t thank them enough. The price was accurate, no hidden fees or additional costs. I will definitely use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for a professional company and an excellent moving team.
They worked fast but very precisely. The furniture was loaded on the truck effortlessly. I will use there services again in the future for sure.
The movers were on time, professional and worked quickly. They took the time to make sure my items were handled with care. In addition, they set my apartment up the way I wanted it. I highly recommend them and would use their services again!
