Moving company in Fort Lauderdale, FL
The team was awesome. We needed a move to storage fast. We booked the same weekend. They were efficient and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend for any move! Great cost!
They were punctual, careful with everything, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Everything was handled with great care. Keep it up, Value Added Moving!
So great! They were fast and efficient, I was worried about my glass cabinet but they secured it and made the trip effortlessly. 100% recommend A+ very nice guys!
I was honestly dreading this move after reading nightmare stories online. We packed late and I still had boxes to tape the morning the truck arrived. Emma from Value Added Moving stayed calm and the crew got everything loaded while I scrambled. Final invoice matched the moving estimate exactly. No surprise charges at delivery. Professional movers made this long interstate move survivable.
The office stayed in touch before pickup and the movers arrived during the expected time window. Delivery was slightly delayed because of traffic, but everything arrived safely in the end.
He and his team really went above and beyond to make my daughters move easy and painless as possible. I can’t thank them enough. The price was accurate, no hidden fees or additional costs. I will definitely use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for a professional company and an excellent moving team.
They did an exceptional job they worked fast, response time call for moving job same day within 3 hours of call was less than 2 min and they very patient. I would definitely give them a 10 star if I could. I will definitely use their services again. Thanks again guys.
The team provided excellent service. They arrived right on time. We’re well prepared with tools loaded up my items no issues. I would definitely recommend the company.
Moving services from Boston down to South Florida felt risky but the moving quote never changed. They called when they were 20 minutes out, which I appreciated. Boxes were stacked neatly in the truck. Honest pricing, no last minute charges. Exactly as quoted.
Needed to move cross country. Found Value Added Moving company on the internet. Gave them the exact list of items to ship (couches, fridge, washer, dryer, dresser, etc). Got a quote for the exact listed items with total shipping price of $3K which was reasonable. Did 50% deposit. On the pickup date, the moving company arrived and after reviewing, I was told that I need to pay additional $5K due to items being "too big, non-standard size". So, either I pay $5K extra or lose my deposit for refusing the service. I decided that I will not be duped and decided to fight it out by contacting credit card for the "bait and switch" tactic by luring with the low price and getting the deposit and over charging when the date came. Lose the deposit or pay up more. If I cannot get refund through credit card, plan to take them to the small claims court. Also, I plan to contact the small business or any agency that monitors business practices. I plan to also report this to the Florida state attorney and file a complaint for letting this fraudster be in business in their state. We, as a consumer must fight these fraudsters, bottom feeders, scum of the earth who pray on the weak.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Value Added Moving holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
