Poor Customer Service

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Value Added Moving promised my shipment would arrive from Chicago to Miami before my desired date for my wedding and repeatedly assured me there would be no issues. They never disclosed they were a broker and outsourced the move. After days of unanswered calls and misleading updates, I learned my shipment had never left Chicago. I was forced to pay an additional $3,000 to get my wedding décor delivered on time. Misleading sales tactics, poor communication, and terrible customer service. If Google allows a few more characters, I can make it even more detailed. I will be reporting their poor tactics to the BBB. Never again…
