Maleah Saunders was our excellent service representative from the first conversation through the completion of the transfer, reliably supplying all the information we needed to make informed and proper choices throughout the process. The carrier for our car Daniel. provided courteous and thoughtful service from the pick-up through the delivery of our vehicle, which arrived in perfect order when promised. I couldn't be happier about working with the people of Uwon carriers, and I will certainly be a repeat customer as the need arises

Read More I researched a number of auto carriers on the web. Some claimed to be the biggest, the best, and supposedly cheaper initially with mixed comments. A lot of positive reviews came up under UWON Carriers. Per their policy and reaffirmed by ALEX on team one , you will not be charged until your shipment is booked. I appreciate him for finding a driver with minimum notice. The young man who was assigned was professional and had a positive attitude. He emailed me a copy of the BOL with alot of pictures of my car before it was loaded on the truck. Communication with the driver was key in expediting the process and in my case, I was his first pickup. He was able to transport my car from Atlanta to Chicago safely and on time. This was my first time utilizing a car transport company and UWON made it a great 👍 experience.

I've used them twice in the last 1 years and have been completely satisfied both times. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle transported.

Read More Alex was wonderful to work with from start to finish! He thoroughly explained the process and was able to find a last-minute carrier when others failed. He communicated throughout the shipping process and ensured that my vehicle arrived on time and in perfect condition. He also reached out to me after delivery to make sure that I was completely satisfied! This was the best experience I’ve had with transporting my vehicle. Kudos to Alex Brown for an excellently executed job! Highly recommend!
