Moving company in Coral Springs, FL
I hired them last Tuesday to move my workplace to the ND. The team worked quickly, efficiently, and with enthusiasm. We arrived at our location without a hitch, as anticipated, in just 6 hours.
The staff did an excellent job overall, and they were flexible and responsive to my requests. They come highly recommended by me!!
We wholeheartedly concur with this. Both the moving staff and the storage container were well-kept and efficient in their tasks. Whenever I have a need for warehousing or transport services in the future, I will return to them without question
US Moving Group has been the best company for me to work for. Jackson makes a detailed assessment of the team's packing process and what's required, and they go above and above. Their commitment and expertise are astounding.
They were so incredible Whenever I requested anything to be handled differently, they did as I asked and never complained. They genuinely made me feel as if my voice was heard. They performed a fantastic job!
The movers showed up right on time with everything they needed. My 3rd floor/ no elevator building is a nightmare for movers, but the crew didn’t seem bothered at all. Packing and loading went so quickly that I was amazed. Great company!
I was astounded when I discovered the movers had these floor runners to save my titles. Not a single scratch on it. They assisted me in installing a new shelf and even brought their toolbox.
Their sales is pushy and insisted on my signing the documents before getting off the phone. They charged me $934 for deposit and refused to cancel my charges when i cancelled within 2 hours later from talking to them. Apparantly my emergency move was within their five day time frame that they had written on their authorization...even though it says on the paper "CANCELLATION REQUESTS RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SIGNING THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT WITH US MOVING GROUP WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND, LESS 15% FOR ADMINISTRATIVE FEES."
Working with US Moving Group was a pleasure. The movers showed there on schedule, efficiently loaded and unloaded the car, and even took care of my plants without taking a break for lunch, making them the most dedicated company I've ever worked with.
The crew was respectful of my home, taking precautions to protect floors and walls. There were no damages to either property, which was a huge relief for me.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. US Moving Group holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
