Beware Unprofessional Company
The pick up and delivery were great. However, the price increased substantially and the communication about the delivery was poor. I contacted them 12 days before requested delivery date. I contacted them on the morning date to check the status and it confirmed by the that afternoon for the following morning. I was instructed to pay by cash or a Walmart money order. I checked with the company and they said that since I had just requested it that day I had to comply. I told them the date, time, and person that I spoke with 12 days earlier. They then let me wire the money. It was then, that I was told that the packing materials would be left at my house for me to dispose of. On the plus side delivery was great. Isaac and Igor were efficient and pleasant. And everything arrived in perfect condition. This is my 2nd review. My first was 5 stars for the delivery.

They are helpful and cheap
I just had the wonderful chance to collaborate with movers from this company! Without any room for suspicion, they’re the most competent ones I’ve come across! My capacious sofa set made it safely to my new place and I am genuinely surprised!

Quick and Effortless!
Their friendliness, efficiency, and extreme care with my belongings were beyond my expectations, and I was amazed by how smoothly they moved me. They effortlessly dismantled my massive furniture and reassembled it in my new home. I was very impressed by their expertise and meticulousness, as well as their capacity to find solutions in tight spaces.

The move was flawless.
I have nothing but praise for the movers from this company. My family and I hired them to move. We got in touch with this company right away because they were the only ones with reasonable prices.

Worst Move of my life
These workers didn't properly care for our electronics during the move, damaging several items beyond repair. We had to spend significant money to replace them, all because of their negligence.

Hassle-free moving experience!
I've recently had some negative interactions with moving firms. They arrived beyond schedule and exuded great harshness. I was about to give up on finding movers after a horrible experience in the past when a friend suggested these guys. Hassle-free moving experience!

This is going to be the only moving company we'll ever use!
These individuals were extremely at ease. The stress of the move was eased by their laughter. In the future, I plan to use them again.

Broken agreements
If there was a zero, that would be the score! Complete rip off! Always want more money for the move than what was quoted. So much damage done to breakable items. Visible damage to boxes. These had to be thrown from truck to truck with no regard to safety of our items. Then they blame it on my packing materials! I used the best available. Then, to top it all off, they said the driver could not come down our street. Must have been an incompetent driver, since trucks of this size come down our street for other deliveries. All they wanted was to get another $2,000 from me! Very obvious! I would highly recommend anyone needing a mover, "DO NOT use United Regency Van Lines. They take advantage of their customers and clearly do not care!

Do not use!!! Beware!!
Worst movers ever. They damaged many pieces of furniture. When I tried to get compensation they just ignore you. Don't ever use this company. Use anyone else these people.

Unsatisfied customer SERVICE
United Regions Van Lines has a problem with their estimates. My original estimate, done with a walk-through video was for approximately $10K. I paid the deposit, signed and agreed. A few weeks later I got a call wanting to review my inventory. No video this time, just going through the list verbally. When I asked why they didn't just look at the video, they said they did not have access to it - apparently this was another office. Apparently, the original estimate missed some items, so it was increased to approx. $12K. I paid an additional deposit. Today the movers arrived, looked around and decided that my estimate was way too low. I now have more than one truck full of items. New estimate $18K, maybe more if they need a second truck. I was told I could agree to the new figure or decide which of my things I wanted to leave behind. I cancelled my move and forfeited the deposit. I will also lose my pet moving fee, and air fare. The amount of money is not the issue - the unprofessional handling of the whole estimate process just left me feeling like I was being taken advantage of. I don't know who all the players were, but apparently there is zero communication between the estimator, the re-estimator, and the movers. I can understand that it is an "estimate," and that the price may be higher - thus my agreeing to the second estimate. But the final offer was almost twice the original estimate, despite doing a walk through, a video, and a verification of the inventory, AND they said it would likely be higher still as the new estimate was based on only using one truck, which they did not think would be enough space. I suspect they would have gotten it all into one truck and then I was supposed to be relieved that they did so well and saved me some money for the second truck! For reference, my home is 1200 sq. ft., 3BR but only one bed as the other two bedrooms are used as offices (desks) - rather small, and I have about 200 cu. ft. of garage stuff. I am not a novice at moving as I was in the military and moved, many, many times long distance. I read some other reviews that were not so good, but it seemed the good reviews outweighed the bad so I felt comfortable. What a mistake! Needless to say, I do not recommend this company. In response to United Regions Van Lines rebuttal, I add the following: Your rebuttal states: " the circumstances leading to the situation were a direct result of discrepancies between the inventory you initially provided and the actual volume of goods to be moved." There was no discrepancy between the inventory provided and the actual volume of goods as the inventory was never checked against my household goods. The driver came in - walked through the house and decided it was underestimated. He did not check the items against the inventory list or do any type of item count assessment - just a quick walk through looking at each room for a few seconds. This gave me the impression that he was going to raise the price no matter what he found as the assumption at that point is that I have already invested my deposit, made my plans for travel, etc., and that I was between a rock and a hard place. Sadly for him I was not, and I decided I would rather lose the $3,000+ deposit, rather than an additional $6,000 ($8,000 if you go by the initial video estimate). While you may be in compliance with the letter of the law, there is also a level of trust and confidence required for a transaction of this type. You no longer have my trust and confidence.
