Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
I ended up speaking with Daniel a couple of times before the move to clarify a few things. Each time, the answers were clear enough that I did not feel unsure going into it. It was a great service, overall.
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
Fantastic experience! I liked how everything was discussed in detail prior to the start of the transfer. After reviewing the strategy, the United Express Moving And Storage team executed it without any modifications. Knowing what to anticipate during the day was helpful.
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
I got a call about twenty minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on the way. Brandon walked through the house with me first to see which items were fragile and needed extra padding before they started loading anything.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
Our refrigerator and washing machine were the big worries for our move. The team from United Express Moving And Storage came prepared with appliance dollies and all the necessary straps. They secured the fridge doors and disconnected the washer properly. Navigating them down our outdoor steps looked tricky, but they made it look easy. Not a single scratch on the appliances or the walls. The final bill matched the original quote exactly, with no hidden charges.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
