Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
Thanks to United Express Moving & Storage for quickly responding to our request. They took excellent care of packing our valuable goods and delivered them professionally. A big thank you to all of you!
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
I am happy with the assistance from these movers; they knew their work quite well and made my relocation day hassle-free. Andrew and his guys were all over my possessions, and I got total value-for-money service from these movers.
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
Our movers were competent and cordial throughout the move. When they had questions, they asked us before proceeding. When we had questions, the team encouraged us to ask, and they were always willing to provide answers in clear and understandable language. We were happy with our experience. The movers were quick and agile in preparing for the transport. They were just as responsive at unpacking.
They not only helped us unload the truck, but they also unpacked some of the boxes, which saved us a lot of time. It was much appreciated.
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
This company is amazing. They handled my full service move with professionalism, speed and accuracy. I did not have to worry about anything, from packing to unpacking, they took care of everything. They were courteous, friendly and respectful of my belongings. They made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and efficient moving service. They also offer other services, such as storage, cleaning, and furniture assembly. They are a one-stop shop for all your moving needs. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive. They give you a free estimate and a detailed breakdown of the costs. They do not have any hidden fees or charges. They are honest and transparent about their pricing.
