Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
We needed a mover on short notice, and Andrew was on time, patient, and professional. They took great care of everything. I recommend this business for any moving needs.
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
I wholeheartedly urge anybody seeking a reputable and competent moving company to use their services. My relocation went really easily with Carl assistance, far better than I had anticipated.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
I was iffy about hiring a moving company for my cross-country trek, but thank goodness I rolled with United Express Moving & Storage. These peeps kept me in the loop the whole way, helping me sort out all the logistics. They even tackled my antique grandfather clock, which had me sweating bullets. All my stuff got to me in one piece and on time. I couldn't have asked for a better ride.
Danielle gave me an exact quote, which didn't change even when I added more things to move. The workers got everything ready, put everything in the truck, and arrived on time. I'm glad they did what we agreed to do.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
