Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
My experience with this company’s movers was excellent. Andrew and Carl were fantastic and packed all my furniture and electronics meticulously in few hours only. Everything was delivered in top-notch condition to my doorstep. I recommend them highly!
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
Our recent relocation is something I thought you would be curious about. Our satisfaction with the results is well-deserved. The four movers worked well together, and the move went off without a hitch. They persisted in their efforts till the task was finished.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
Undoubtedly, it is the top company. They arrived promptly and got the job done efficiently. The movers I hired were fantastic! They handled all of my belongings with the utmost professionalism and cleanliness. I strongly suggest it.
We landed at my new place, and unloading was just as smooth. They put everything where it needed to go, like they had a secret map. My furniture got pieced back together, and before you know it, everything was in place.
Our neighbors needed assistance with their downsizing. United Express Moving & Storage, with a friendly demeanor, offered extra assistance with organizing and decluttering. Our parents had a smooth transition because the movers were patient and respectful.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.

When the truck I hired didn't come, they brought their own and helped load and unload everything really fast. They even put my furniture together.

The movers were really careful with our fragile stuff. They had a smart way of packing delicate boxes in the truck, so nothing broke during the move.
