The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
I am pleased with how my move turned out. Andrew’s moving crew came prepared and brought all the necessary packing supplies to save time. Thankfully, it wrapped up earlier than expected and the final bill was also within my budget. I absolutely recommend them!
Carl and Phil put heavy blankets over my couch, table, and chairs and then taped everything down firmly. They also padded the corners to keep them from getting scratched.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
Brandon was helpful and knew a lot about the moving process. the movers came up early and quickly moved everything. They were very careful with the furniture and used lots of blankets to cover my furniture and appliances.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
My family and I have used United Express Moving & Storage three times. The level of customer service and standard of care was top-notch every time. These are my priority when I have to move anywhere. 5-star stellar service.
