They have our highest recommendation. We hired them after reading good reviews on their website and the experience turned out to be worth it. From packing to delivery, they handled it all better than our expectations. There wasn’t a scratch on our things when we got them. We couldn’t have asked for anything else!
I had a good time moving with United Express Moving & Storage; they arrived on the decided schedule; the team was well equipped with everything required for packing and moving, and they were too efficient to do the job safely.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
In my first experience with a moving service, the team made the process seamless. They were phenomenal, adaptable to unexpected challenges, and worked briskly. I recommend them and will certainly enlist their services again!

Their movers delivered my grand piano in magnificent shape. It was padded from every corner and they also made sure to wrap it up in multiple layers from top to bottom. They delivered it in Few hours and it arrived unscathed. I loved the experience!
