Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
The staff was helpful and pleasant when I scheduled the appointment. Before they carried our furniture onto the truck, they properly covered it with padding. We are satisfied with the relocation and will utilize their services again.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
We were leaving a cramped apartment for a spacious new house. Everything about it, from the first to the last, was fantastic. The predictions were spot on. We have the most efficient packers on our side.
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
We just moved to hired United Express Moving And Storage for that purpose. The men answered our queries with professionalism, friendliness, and punctuality. They also have competitive prices.
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
They were skilled at packing and also fetched some extra packing supplies (shrink wrap, tape and cardboard boxes) when I ran out of them. They delivered my valuables on time too. I’ll hire them again!
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
