Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Brandon and his team were very punctual and prepared. They arrived early, given the distance they had to travel. They loaded our couches and dressing tables within an hour and a half and moved them to NY smoothly. They were very careful with our furniture, which was very delicate and expensive.
The way they handled my things was very careful. Both the new and old places were checked out as planned. He did nothing but work all day to make sure my move went well. We're all here to send you our best wishes.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
We appreciated the flexibility of the moving company. They accommodated our last-minute change in moving date without any issues. Great customer service!
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
The speed at which the movers worked was impressive. They swiftly loaded the truck and assisted in setting up my new bed in a modern and luxurious house.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
