When I recently hired United Express Moving & Storage to do some moving for me, I was blown away by their efficiency, care, and professionalism. Definitely plan on using these again in the near future!
Honestly, Andrew and his crew rocked! He walked us through everything before they started. Then we loaded everything onto the truck. All three were quite pleasant and polite, and I didn't hear a single grumble from any of them. Everything was unloaded and put where we wanted it, with marked boxes being placed in their appropriate rooms. We've moved a lot over the years, but this move with United Express Moving & Storage was the smoothest.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
They arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job. They carried all their duties admirably and even completed some extra assignments at my request. Both personable and competent; a rare combination.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
