Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Only positive things to say about my experience with United Express Moving & Storage. From their cooperative staff to their talented movers, everyone I encountered provided incredible service. In case I ever plan to move again, I will absolutely hire their movers!
We wanted to let you know how much we appreciated working with you during our recent move from TX to NJ. Not only were you prompt, thorough, and accurate in your aid to us, but you were also very friendly and flexible.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
Their job transferring us from our previous flat to our new one was top-notch. Their professionalism, kindness, and assistance were outstanding. We would definitely hire United Express Moving & Storage again and recommend them to everyone we know!
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
Andrew used to say, "Whatever you wish, we can do." Their bid was half as much as the competitors, so I wasn't sure if I should go with them. However, they delivered on all their promises, providing packing materials and assigning me a friendly, efficient, and dependable moving crew at a fair price.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
