Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
Our unexpected move to a new city was daunting, but this company’s movers eased all our worries. From the moment they arrived, everything was in sync – each box labeled perfectly, every fragile item double-wrapped, and the team worked like clockwork. By the time they were finished, we realized not a single thing had gone wrong. It’s not often that you come across such professionalism. Highly recommend them!
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
The movers were great to deal with when we relocated our office. Their communication skills were top-notch, and they were pleasant to be around. They made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely use them again.

The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
We’d recently purchased our dream home and were about to move into it. Unfortunately, the movers we’d initially hired cancelled and we were left in frenzy. Thankfully, a friend helped us find this company and we immediately got in touch. Their movers arrived at 10 am sharp on moving day, thoroughly packed our belongings and delivered them in 5 days to us at the new place. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience!
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
Using United Express Moving & Storage, I had my new safe transported. They were kind, careful, inexpensive, and courteous. They were first-rate movers. In order to get the job done well, they went above and above. Much obliged.
