Moved from NV to SC

The movers got my kitchen and cabinets ready the day after we moved from NV to SC, even though I was sick during the move. When they packed my old house, it was clear that they paid attention to every detail. I really think you should hire them. The staff is very friendly and knows a lot about the place. In addition, the price of the service is fair.

HORRIBLE.

I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.

Terrible Service.

Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

United Express Moving & Storage

United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

efficient and polite moving company

United Express Moving & Storage did an excellent job handling my move across town. The crew of three arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They were careful when maneuvering through tight hallways and staircases in my old apartment building. I was relieved to see how meticulously they wrapped each piece of furniture in plastic wrap to protect it from dirt and scratches. They also used corner guards to protect the walls from any accidental bumps. Their efficiency meant that my move was completed faster than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise.

Royal Treatment.

I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!

Trust me this company is terrible !!

The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. John and William worked great as a team. They followed the schedule, packed my valuables carefully and also double packed my glassware as I requested. Everything arrived unscathed. I absolutely recommend them!

Worst move ever.

The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.

They Took great care off My items

United Express Moving & Storage saved the day! I had to move last minute across town, and they fit me in their schedule with a smile. William, the mover, was amazing! He packed my boxes in a way not a single wasted space. Even my oddly shaped lampshade fit perfectly. The whole move took less time than I expected, and they were super careful with my furniture. Not a single scratch! Would definitely recommend!
