They did an amazing job.

Moving can be stressful, but United Express Moving & Storage and their team of movers, Andrew and Carl, made it easy and hassle-free. They showed up on time at TX, and started loading the truck with my furniture, appliances, and boxes. They were very efficient and hardworking, and they never complained or took a break. They were also very friendly and helpful, and they gave me some useful tips on how to pack and unpack. They managed to fit my bulky fridge in the truck, and they carried it up a narrow staircase at FL without hitting the walls or the ceiling. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend them.

HORRIBLE.

I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.

Royal Treatment.

I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!

I strongly recommend their services.

I am very obliged to this team for saving the situation! I needed them to move some stuff to a storage unit a short distance from my house, so I hired them on short notice. They picked up the stuff and delivered it safely 5 hours after I called. What outstanding enthusiasm showed!

United Express Moving & Storage

United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

They provided excellent customer service.

These company's movers saved my life. They carefully labelled every box they packed, categorizing everything from "crockery" to "gadgets". They even made a wooden container just for my antique mirror. After finishing the relocation earlier than expected, they conducted a last walk-through to ensure nothing was forgotten. They provided excellent customer service, answering our inquiries promptly and kindly.

Couldn't have gone better.

My biggest concern was moving my instruments—especially my beloved guitar collection. United Express Moving & Storage brought specialized crates for the instruments and lined them with extra foam. They handled each guitar with care, placing them upright in the truck to prevent any damage. They wrapped my drum kit piece by piece, labeling each part for easy assembly later. When I saw the meticulous way they handled my equipment, I knew I’d made the right choice. Everything arrived safe and sound, and I was ready to jam again in no time.

Terrible Service.

Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

This guys are pros.

I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.

Trust me this company is terrible !!

The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
