Good Communication!!!

I have only good things to say about my experience with this company. I was really grateful to a friend for recommending United Express Moving & Storage because I was short on time and no other moving company could accommodate my request. During my experience here, there were no issues between booking and delivery - much to my surprise. Plus, my moving coordinator, Andrew, was superb and handled the move's execution professionally. I received all of my belongings in fantastic condition. I cannot thank them enough!

United Express Moving & Storage

United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

Royal Treatment.

I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!

Terrible Service.

Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

It all worked out well!

Working with United Express Moving & Storage was a pleasure. Throughout the move, Andrew kept me updated on their progress and responded to every issue. They took great care of my antique furniture and musical equipment and handled them securely. They helped me out with some minor repairs and modifications to my new house as well. I thought they might charge me extra, but no way. They were very humble while leaving, so I tipped all of them.

Honest, reliable, reputable company!

When it was time to move, my biggest concern was all the baby gear—cribs, strollers, high chairs, you name it. United Express Moving & Storage movers understood my worries and showed care, treating every item like it was their own. They disassembled the crib and wrapped it with extra padding to ensure it wouldn’t get damaged. They used small Ziploc bags to keep the screws organized. When they reassembled it in the new house, everything fit perfectly. The attention to detail was amazing, and I felt like they cared as much about my baby’s comfort as I did.

Trust me this company is terrible !!

The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.

Their organized approach made settling in easier.

Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.

Extremely professional gentlemen.

We were impressed with how carefully Donald and his moving unit handled our valuables. They brought dollies, loaded our things on them and transported them cautiously to the moving vans. Moreover, since it was a long-distance move, they made sure to strap everything in with thick belts for extra protection. There wasn’t a scratch or mark on anything when we received it. We thank United Express Moving & Storage sincerely!
