Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
They provided marvelous service. Phil assisted us in booking our move, providing a reasonable price quote, and guiding us in selecting the best moving deal as well as movers. On moving day, Brandon and his crew arrived on time. and began packing right away. Within few hours, our possessions were packed and safely delivered to us. We couldn't have imagined our experience would turn out this well!
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
I was blown away by how quickly these movers worked. They showed up right on time and wasted no time getting to work. Within minutes, they had everything loaded onto the truck, carefully stacking boxes to maximize space. Despite the tight timeline, they didn't cut any corners when it came to protecting my belongings. Each item was wrapped and secured to prevent any damage during transit. And when we arrived at the new place, they worked just as quickly to unload everything, making sure each box ended up in the right room. If you're looking for movers who get the job done fast without sacrificing quality, look no further.
In order to protect our belongings, Phil and Brandon draped blankets and sheets over our furniture. We were pleased with their work because they were all professional and nice. Moving day was a breeze thanks to your assistance. We appreciate United Express Moving & Storage help. In the future, we will definitely tell our family members about your service.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
This moving team was great! We hired them for a move within the same city. They were fast, careful, and easy to talk to. Moving is a pain, and we were grateful to have a team that was easy to communicate with and flexible in getting things moved around efficiently. They finished the job 2 hours earlier than they originally estimated. We definitely recommend them!
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
