United Express Moving & Storage

United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

This guys are pros.

I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.

HORRIBLE.

I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.

We had a flawless, full service move.

Our elderly parents needed to move to a new place in two stages, and we were worried about how to handle it. Thankfully, we found them. The crew provided us with high-quality cardboard boxes and tape, and helped us pack and label everything. They were very careful and respectful with our parents’ belongings, especially the antique dining table that Gregory suggested to relocate to a better spot. Philip and Paul were also very patient and understanding with our parents’ needs and preferences. We are very grateful for their excellent service and care.

Terrible Service.

Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Great Customers Services!

I had a lot of heavy stuff, but the movers made it look easy. Working together, they expertly maneuvered my large sectional into tight spots without a scratch. They stuffed the car to capacity like experts, making good use of all the available space. They moved quickly to the new house, unloaded everything, and even arranged the furniture in my living room according to my wishes.

Royal Treatment.

I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!

Trust me this company is terrible !!

This company is a complete scam. They are not actually a moving company and do not provide any actual services for you. They are not accredited by the BBB and are not licensed movers. They will try to lure you in with prices that are well below other moving companies and even lower than renting a uhaul and doing everything yourself. They say you must put down a deposit to set the moving date and pay the rest when moving gets started. Then later they tell you that a different company will be doing the actual moving which was not stated ahead of time and that company only accepts cash, money orders, zelle, cash app, or wire transfers. They do not accept credit cards. This moving company also is not licensed or accredited with the BBB. Then if you try to cancel they do not refund your deposit even though no services have been delivered at any point. They will lie to you and mislead you and do everything in their power to get your money, but will never send a refund. Save yourself the headache and find a company with a credible history!!

Efficient, priced fairly, on time.

When I had to move due to my job, this company helped me pack, load and unload all household items. The movers not only were kind and professional, but they also added to the atmosphere by entertaining us with experiences from their previous moves. Hiring them was a very wise decision.
