Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
Team Lead David and James showed up at the beginning of their arrival window. We met outside the place, showed them everything, and they set about to work. They were quick, and took excellent care to not damage any of my items. They stopped along the way to pick up my refrigerator that was at a friend's house. When we got to the new place, they coordinated with myself and my wife to unload and reassemble everything they moved and disassembled. They did a great job.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
My mother needed help moving into a retirement community, and United Express Moving & Storage was the perfect choice. The folks who came were so kind and patient with her, making sure to explain each step. They packed her fragile china set meticulously and helped her decide which pieces of furniture would fit best in her smaller room. The entire process felt personal and respectful. I couldn’t be more grateful for their considerate approach. Mom’s settled now, and she can’t stop raving about how smoothly everything went.
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
When I booked United Express Moving & Storage, I was immediately impressed by their customer service. The representatives I spoke with on the phone were polite, offered a transparent quote, and suggested ways I could save money by prepping some items myself. On moving day, the movers showed up on time and got right to work. They had all the tools needed to dismantle my bed frame, and they wrapped my mirrors carefully to avoid cracks. By the end of the day, my stuff was safely in my new home, and nothing was missing or damaged. Thumbs up!
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
I used United Express Moving & Storage for my families move from CA to NY. It couldn't have gone smoother and left me feeling at ease so all I had to do was enjoy the adventure with my wife and kids. Thanks United Express Moving & Storage and everyone on the team that helped coordinate a smooth move..
