Exceptional teamwork, and genuine care for their clients

This was my third time moving with United Express Moving & Storage, and they somehow get better every time. Booking was easy—Andrew at customer service walked me through everything, from insurance options to estimated timeframes. The team arrived 10 minutes early with a clean truck and positive attitudes.

Terrible Service.

Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Overall, the relocation went smoothly.

The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.

Delightful experience!!!

Moving a baby grand piano is no joke, but United Express Moving & Storage handled it with extreme care. They arrived with a heavy-duty piano board, thick straps, and a hydraulic lift for the truck. They carefully wrapped each leg separately, secured the keys with a felt-lined cover, and moved it using a strategic tilting method to prevent stress on the frame. At my new place, they reassembled it and gave me a tip on when to retune it after the move.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.

The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.

Their organized approach made settling in easier.

Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.

Trust me this company is terrible !!

The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.

Excellent bargain

Although relocating could be tough, United Express Moving & Storage makes it simple. They packed up my entire house and transported me in a single day. Insist on it.

United Express Moving & Storage

United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

Stunning Movers!

I had a lot of bulky, awkward furniture, including a reclining sectional, a treadmill, and a heavy oak desk. The crew strategized before lifting a single thing, ensuring they used the best angles to avoid damaging walls or doorways. They were so friendly and shared a few pro tips on furniture placement and home organization. They also gave me a checklist of things to do before fully settling in, like checking my smoke detectors and updating my address with utilities. I never thought I’d call moving “fun,” but these guys made it enjoyable!
