Moving into a new home can be stressful, but these movers made it so much easier. They were on time, efficient, and had all the right equipment to safely pack and transport our belongings. They even helped us set up our furniture exactly how we wanted in the new place. I was also relieved to see that there were no hidden charges in the fill bill. It was everything I could have asked for and more!
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.

I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
Absolutely phenomenal! We had a large, L-shaped sectional that barely fit through the door, but they maneuvered it like pros. Bravo to them!
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
Our dry cleaning business had a smooth transition to our new setup in NH. Andrew team did a perfect job at packing our cleaning equipment, supplies and other products. We were relieved that they finished the job in a timely manner because we could get back to business sooner. We highly recommend them!
