Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
This moving company is incredible! The group was so friendly, we were essentially hanging out with family, while getting the work done. They packed systematically and not wasting a minute. My fragile guitar collection had been my greatest concern but they had special cases and extra padding to ensure everything was secure. I couldn’t even find one thing to find fault with. Bravo to the whole team!
My movers demonstrated a lot of dedication when working on my move. Throughout the day, they did their best to take care of my furniture and boxes and position them as I wanted.
Moving across the city with lots of bulky furniture seemed overwhelming, but the movers from United Express Moving & Storage made it look easy. They worked methodically and checked in with me often to ensure I was comfortable with the pace. Everything arrived safely and on time. Kudos to them!
I’m pretty sure all the other reviews are fake. This has been the absolute worst experience. They told me everything i wanted to hear to get my money then all hell broke loose - I was told if my belongings were picked up by a certain date - it would be delivered by a certain date…however once the date passed it’s “the contract says 30 days” 30 DAYS TO DRIVE 800 miles is crazy! please avoid this money hungry business. They also don’t tell you - you are only paying for sq ft of a truck and not entire truck so you “$1200-1700” rate will go up to $3k! HATE THIS COMPANY SO BAD
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
We had to relocate our craft brewery, which meant transporting stainless-steel fermenters, wooden barrels, and countless boxes of bottles. These folks showed up with a game plan: they carried the fermenters using wide straps, ensuring no dents or scratches. My wooden barrels were padded around the rims, so no staves loosened during the drive. Plus, they allowed us to ride along and keep an eye on how the truck was packed. By the time we got to our new facility, the crew was already unloading the gear where I wanted it placed. They sure saved me a ton of stress.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
