Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
In the last decade, I have dealt with a wide variety of movers over my five moves. This crew is the most courteous, careful, and dependable one I have ever worked with. It has been a long time since I last completed a move without breaking any furniture or breaking any other items.
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
I called these people in a panic after an emergency move. They arrived within hours and quickly assisted me in moving out of my previous residence. They were completely life-saving. Their professionalism and efficiency made the entire process much easier than I expected. I am incredibly grateful for their support during such a stressful time.
Some of the furniture went to a donation center, some went to storage, and the rest made it to our new home during our many stops along the way. They were really good at managing the logistics, verified directions twice, and made sure everything got where it needed to go.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
We had 3 stops during our long-distance move: storage, old house, and the new place. We were bracing for something to get dropped at the wrong location, but they kept a detailed inventory and ticked each delivery off as we went. Everything landed exactly where it was supposed to. We thank them sincerely!
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
I was moving into a walk-up with no elevator, and I honestly expected things to break. But the team came in with a clear plan, used harnesses for the heaviest pieces, and moved with total control. Not a single ding on the walls or furniture. Terrific work!
