Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
The movers were kind, patient, and respectful of the space and their belongings. They didn’t rush them at all and treated everything like it mattered. It made the day go a lot more smoothly than we expected, and my grandparents were honestly really happy with how it all went.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
I needed to move my things into storage for a few months while waiting for my new lease to start. I was nervous about how fragile stuff would hold up, but the movers packed everything so carefully and stacked things in the unit to make the most of the space. Nothing shifted, fell, or cracked. When I finally unpacked, it was like it had just been moved yesterday. Super glad I chose them.
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
I had to move my mom's old piano from her house to mine, and it was a bit of a challenge. It's been in the family for decades, and I was nervous about moving it. The crew took extra care to wrap it properly and navigate the stairs without scratching anything. I was impressed by how carefully and respectfully they handled the process. It made what could've been a stressful move much easier.
We relocated across town with two kids and way more stuff than we expected. Between toys, boxes, furniture, and all the random things that add up, the move could've been chaotic, but it wasn't. The crew was calm, organized, and didn't waste any time. Everything was packed safely and moved without a single issue. We were genuinely surprised by how smoothly everything went.
I had some pretty heavy fitness equipment to move from my garage into a new space across town. Andrew took the time to disassemble the pieces safely, wrap everything in blankets, and reassemble it at the new location exactly how I had it set up before. I expected that part of the move to be a nightmare, but they made it look easy. It was a huge help.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
I recently moved out of a two-bedroom rental into my first owned home, and I had more stuff than I thought. A few pieces were really awkward, like a treadmill and a huge wall mirror. The team handled it all without any scratches to the walls or damage to my things. They worked steadily, didn't rush, and stayed polite even through a long, hot afternoon.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
