United Express Moving & Storage

United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

they handled everything very well.

After years of living in the same apartment, I moved into a retirement community. I had fewer items than most moves, but some were sentimental, such as china sets, framed photos, and my reading chair. The crew didn't treat it like a small job. They were kind, paid attention to the little things, and made the whole day easier than I expected. I didn't feel rushed once.

Overall, the relocation went smoothly.

The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.

Awesome!

There was a delay with my new apartment keys, but United Express Moving & Storage was flexible and didn't charge extra for the wait. They kept everything loaded and ready to go, and as soon as I got access, they jumped right into unloading. Even with the delay, nothing was rushed or thrown together. I appreciated how understanding and easygoing the whole team was.

They did a great job from start to end

I had a few big-ticket items: a king-sized bed, a treadmill, and a large dining table, and I needed them to be moved without damaging the walls or floors. The movers brought all the right equipment, wrapped everything, and managed to get it all in place without a scratch. It was the kind of service you hope for but don’t always get.

I strongly recommend their services.

I recently moved out of a shared house and into a studio. Most of my things were crammed into one bedroom, including a huge bookshelf I couldn't lift alone. United Express Moving & Storage made the whole thing look easy. They took the time to wrap the furniture well, didn't scratch the narrow hallway, and helped position it right where I wanted it. Everything was done with care.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.

The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.

Worst move ever.

The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.

Terrible Service.

Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Their organized approach made settling in easier.

Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
