I had to move my small office space, and the transition was excellent. Labeled boxes, organized loading, and careful unloading saved us hours of hassle. It’s rare to have such a calm moving day.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

I've had movers before, but United Express Moving & Storage went above and beyond. From the first box to the last, the crew worked with focus and care. Even my heavy armoire was carried without any scuffs or dents. The day was well organized, and everything went according to plan. I'm grateful for how they made what was once a stressful task feel incredibly easy.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
My one-bedroom relocation went much better than planned. Large furniture was wrapped, fragile boxes were kept separate, and appliances were moved without scratches. Everything felt organized, and I appreciated how professional the whole crew stayed throughout the day.
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
We relocated our family home, and the movers treated every box and piece of furniture with care. Super respectful to our space, too. They even wore shoe covers inside, which I appreciated.
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
