Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

Moving my Two-bedroom house was made easier by Andrew and the crew. They worked tirelessly, stayed polite, and handled furniture with care. It was refreshing to see such dedication and friendliness during a big move.
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
I was moving out of my college dorm and had zero clue how to pack. They showed up with boxes, tape, and wrapped everything for me. Felt like they’d done this a thousand times.
I was going to use the company, and then realized they had no rating with the BBB. Since my email was not accepted on the original cancellation date, the third-party mover called. They were going to pick up days before the move, but the sale of my home fell through, and I had nowhere to move. I again called United Express and they said the email had to be sent to info@united... I sent the email, but it was after the 72-hour cancellation deadline. They are still billing me, despite the services not being rendered.

I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
