The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
I had a pool table that needed moving. The team disassembled it, carried each piece carefully, and rebuilt it in my basement. Everything was level and solid. These movers knew what they were doing.
I relocated from one coast to the other and had to move everything: furniture, boxes, bikes, and kitchenware. It was a lot. United Express Moving & Storage handled the whole thing from pickup to delivery, and nothing was damaged. Phil kept in touch throughout, which made me feel reassured. I didn’t have to chase them for updates, which made a big difference for a move that size.

I had a storage unit full of boxes and furniture. The movers loaded everything quickly, stacked the truck neatly, and brought it all to my apartment. It was smooth from start to finish.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
