I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
From my point of view, the best part was how punctual the team stayed. I had arranged a move for a small retail space, and they arrived exactly when promised. They handled display stands and packed merchandise without rushing. I’d gladly use their service again.
We had a great experience using this company. They moved us out of a two-story house. The team wrapped and protected all our mattresses and box springs with plastic covers. The move was finished in the expected amount of time. They worked carefully and handled all items, especially the heavier pieces.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!

This was my first time hiring movers from United Express Moving & Storage, and they made the whole process much easier than I expected. I spoke with Andrew during booking, and the details were clear right from the start. The crew handled my belongings with care and delivered them just as they were packed.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
The movers adapted immediately to the new layout and space. They used the dollies efficiently at the old place and then distributed everything thoughtfully in the spacious new house. They made the transition feel much less overwhelming. Great crew!
