United Express Moving & Storage

United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

Stunning Movers!

Moved from a three-bedroom apartment across town and hired United Express Moving & Storage for the job. The team arrived when they said they would and worked steadily the whole time. Andrew explained things clearly and answered my questions without rushing. Nothing was damaged, and the move finished earlier than I expected. Overall, it was straightforward and stress-free.

Terrible Service.

Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Their organized approach made settling in easier.

Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.

They carefully wrapped all our furniture

A squat rack, plates, a bench, and mats. The movers broke down the rack carefully. Bolts went into labeled bags. Plates were stacked safely. They carried the bench without dragging it. At the new place, they reassembled everything correctly.

Royal Treatment.

I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!

Worst move ever.

The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.

Great Customers Services!

I hired United Express Moving & Storage, and they showed up early with simple tools and cloth sheets. They started by removing the taller stands first, setting each piece aside in order. Long panels were rolled in fabric, and loose bolts went straight into small bags. They worked with quiet focus, checking each frame before moving on to the next. Watching them handle it so carefully made me appreciate how smoothly the move went.

All did well

My move was small but heavy. A washer, dryer, two dressers, and a solid wood bed. The crew came in and measured the door first. They took the legs off the bed. They wrapped the corners. United Express Moving & Storage handled the tight hallway without scraping the walls.

Trust me this company is terrible !!

The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
