United Express Moving & Storage

United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

HORRIBLE.

I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.

Terrible Service.

Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

This guys are pros

I needed to get some very heavy equipment out of my. I didn't know how I was going to do it. These two guys handled it like it was nothing. They knew exactly how to maneuver the items without damaging my walls or the floor.

Proficient Movers

I booked United Express Moving & Storage for a small apartment-to-house move. The team of three movers worked together smoothly. Carl was very attentive to detail and checked every piece before loading. They wrapped the TV, mirrors, and dining chairs perfectly. It took them just under 3 hours to complete everything.

Overall, the relocation went smoothly.

The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.

Proficient Movers

I live in a high-rise building with very strict rules for move-in times and elevator use. Andrew coordinated with my building's management ahead of time and made sure we were fully prepared. His team was incredibly efficient with the freight elevator, and we finished within our allotted window without any issues. Highly recommend them.

Worst move ever.

The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.

efficient and polite moving company

I didn’t expect moving to be so smooth. The team arrived on time, packed everything with care, and worked quickly. They even helped me set up my furniture in the new place. I couldn’t believe how fast everything went. I’m so glad I chose them to help with my move.

My parents recently shifted to a smaller house, and this team handled it for them. They arrived early, listened to instructions, and completed the job just as planned.
