Team members are honest!

My move was a bit of a mess because I had to move 30 large garden pots and a lot of outdoor furniture that was covered in dirt. I was worried the movers would be annoyed, but they just loaded everything onto the back of the truck and even helped me wrap the delicate ceramic ones in blankets. They were super friendly despite the heat, and they got the whole backyard cleared out in about two hours.

Worst move ever.

The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.

Royal Treatment.

I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!

United Express Moving & Storage

United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
