I was pleasantly surprised when the truck pulled up 5 minutes early, and the driver was ready to go. It is rare to find a service that actually values your time.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
They promptly confirmed everything when I booked them a week prior to my move date. Andrew and the other crew members arrived on schedule on the actual day. Everything went without a hitch.
If you are moving with kids around, these are the people you want. The crew from United Express Moving & Storage kept the noise down and worked around our schedule without any fuss.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
I am finally settled into my new house after a long weekend. These movers handled the relocation of my gym gear and my heavy wooden workbench. They brought a dolly to move the weights across the driveway. The process was simple because the workers knew exactly what to do with the bulky items. I did not have to lift a single thing myself.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!

Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
