Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
They handled the relocation of my possessions with great care, and everything went off without a hitch.
They pay a lot of attention to detail. The movers wrapped everything carefully and loaded the truck smartly. Everything came out just as it went in. I'm impressed!
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
It was a nice experience dealing with seasoned movers for the first time. Andrew and his team sped through the situation with extreme caution. We will definitely use them again.
Impressive, that is. They were efficient, fair, and careful with my possessions, and they delivered exactly what I had asked for.
My moving was a biggie, and the shortage of time and the long distance to cover were daunting. These movers did a brilliant job and covered everything so well. Highly recommended.
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
